We are pleased to announce that Anni Engineering has signed a new contract with NLB Real Estate d.o.o. Podgorica, the company managing residential and commercial properties owned by the NLB Group.
Based on the agreement signed on May 20th, 2025, our team will take over full responsibility for the technical maintenance of the facilities, including plumbing and sewage systems, electrical and carpentry work, as well as all other interventions necessary to ensure the functionality and safety of the premises.
