History and activity
ANNI Engineering d.o.o. was established at the end of 2015, with a firm and clear intention to become a real provider of facility management services in Montenegro and the region in a short time. Facility management services that combine all the needs of modern companies and individuals – owners of housing and condominium units, have not been available in this region for a long time.
Founder and owner Srđa Popović, electrical engineer, with two decades of experience in this field gained working in an international company for the management and maintenance of facilities and technological systems, carefully selected a team of dedicated people with extensive professional experience, making a decisive step forward in facility management in Montenegro.
As a result of this work, in a short period of time, ANNI has realized a large number of contracts for the maintenance of business and residential buildings and technical systems. The number of clients, including doing business with international companies in Montenegro, is constantly growing.
ANNI Engineering’s portfolio is wide, and in addition to facility management and maintenance services, our services also include: facility adaptation, design, equipping of business and residential buildings, technical solutions, construction of high and low current electrical installations, reconstruction of existing facilities, audit and energy efficiency studies, for which the company has all the necessary permits, licenses and certificates.
Design of AC and DC power supply and air conditioning systems in telecommunications – for data and IT centers, fixed and mobile network, implementation of technical solutions on a turnkey basis, which includes delivery of devices and equipment, with service provided during the warranty period and later, is a specificity that only ANNI Engineering can offer to customers in the domestic telecommunications market.
Energy efficiency through the application of appropriate energy management to optimize energy consumption in buildings and telecommunications is also the focus of the company’s activities.
