Our team, adhering to the highest standards, carried out extensive renovation and modernization works, creating a contemporary and functional space tailored to the needs of both clients and employees.
The key adaptation works included:

🔹 Complete demolition and removal of the old interior down to the load-bearing walls and mezzanine slab
🔹 Space redesign with modern glass partitions and new flooring
🔹 Replacement of facade joinery and revitalization of the entire facade
🔹 Installation of special security elements, including anti-burglary doors
🔹 Restoration of a 200-year-old stone wall and its seamless integration into the interior
🔹 Implementation of modern branding with illuminated signage and information displays
🔹 Renewal of the plumbing and sewage network
🔹 Complete interior refresh with new furniture, bathroom equipment, lighting, and air conditioning
