We are proud to announce the successful completion of the renovation and reconstruction of the Dajbabe Tower, one of Podgorica’s most recognizable landmarks.
Following a fire that damaged the facility in July 2023, the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (EKIP) selected our company through a public tender process to undertake the reconstruction and revitalization of this important infrastructure.
The renovation was carried out in accordance with modern design standards and the functional needs of the agency, while respecting the technical constraints of the existing structure. Although the basic functional layout was preserved, the interior has been completely modernized and transformed into a high-quality, efficient architectural solution.
The works included three primary areas of Platform 1:
- Wing A – office and monitoring room with a technical area (severely damaged in the fire);
- Wing B – kitchen and employee dining area;
- Wing C – meeting room.
During the reconstruction, all fire-damaged components—walls, flooring, HVAC, and electrical installations—were replaced with new systems. Furniture and metalwork that were not directly affected by the fire were carefully cleaned and preserved.
With the completion of this project, the Dajbabe Tower has gained a renewed visual identity and enhanced functionality, fully aligned with contemporary standards and operational needs.
