We have completed comprehensive renovation works on offices and premises in the Municipality of Tivat building.
Firstly, we removed old and damaged floor and wall layers that were worn out and outdated. We repaired damage caused by water penetration and prepared the surfaces for new layers. By installing new flooring and wall finishes, we improved both the functionality and long-term protection of the space. We also cleaned and arranged the terrace, removing old elements and preparing it for new final layers. At all openings, we replaced deteriorated sealant to ensure additional protection against moisture.
Special attention was given to aesthetics and final finishes to create a pleasant working environment. The offices and hallways are now modernized and ready for everyday use. The works were carried out efficiently, with high quality and in accordance with regulations.
We are pleased to have contributed to improving the functionality and appearance of the municipal premises.
