We proudly present our latest achievement: the adaptation and reconstruction of the MTKC annex building for Crnogorski Telekom. This significant project involved relocating all employees from the Call Center, Telesales, and Aftersales departments to a new, modern workspace.
In 2023, our team developed the Main Adaptation Project for the MTKC building, delivering superior solutions that fully met our client’s needs. The construction work on the office space took place from May to November 2024, resulting in the most beautiful and modern workspace of its kind in Montenegro, which we take great pride in.
The project began with the dismantling of existing elements, including ceilings and floors, while cabling was installed beneath the new flooring. Concrete work provided additional space for the kitchen, and a concrete screed was poured to create a solid foundation for further adaptation. A new storage area and restrooms were constructed, while walls and ceilings were finished with wooden cladding and gypsum board, creating a modern and functional interior.
Special attention was given to the finishing touches – flooring works included the installation of carpet tiles and ceramic tiles with various anti-slip properties. Aluminum joinery in a uniform color was installed, including doors, fixed partitions, interior and exterior railings, as well as brise-soleils for outdoor air conditioning units. Existing windows were renovated, while roller blinds and plant planters were added, giving the space a unique aesthetic touch.
State-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation systems with wall-mounted and parapet indoor units were installed, along with an access control system featuring employee card readers. The space was further enhanced with the installation of a kitchen and an office enclosed in curved tempered glass, while a thoughtfully designed break area contributes to employee comfort. The entire interior was completed with built-in wardrobes, desks, and chairs, with skirting boards installed throughout all 700m² of space. The outdoor walls were refreshed with a new layer of paint, achieving a harmonious and modern appearance.
This project is the result of the dedicated work of our multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and designers, who collaborated to create a space tailored to the needs of modern business operations.
