ANNI Engineering performed the main project design of adapting and reconstructing the premises of MTKC for the purpose of building Ericsson’s business space in Montenegro. The main project was completed in January 2016 and included the following phases:
• Architecture and interior design
• Building and craft works
• Electrical works for strong currents (data room, distribution cabinets, general consumption, lighting, UPS)
• Electrical works for weak currents (LAN network, anti-burglary system, access control, fire alarm notification system, fire extinguishing system with Novec gas, CCTV video surveillance system)
The facility is designed to accommodate around 130 Ericsson employees.
