As part of efforts to improve energy efficiency and modernize the premises, lighting replacement works were carried out at the Central Bank building located at Miljana Vukova Street (bb). The project included the complete removal of outdated and energy-inefficient lighting, as well as the installation of modern LED luminaires that are more environmentally friendly and significantly reduce electricity consumption.
During the execution of the works, special attention was paid to maintaining the safety and security of the facility, while ensuring minimal disruption to the daily operations of the business premises. A team of electrical installation experts conducted a thorough assessment of the existing conditions and, based on this analysis, selected appropriate lighting solutions that provide optimal illumination while further enhancing the building’s overall energy efficiency.
The scope of work covered the replacement of lighting fixtures in all key areas, including corridors, common areas, and employee offices. The use of LED technology offers numerous benefits, most notably long-term energy cost savings and reduced carbon dioxide emissions, in line with sustainable development policies.
The completed lighting replacement project not only improves the building’s energy performance but also contributes to a more comfortable and productive working environment for employees, while enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space.
