We are delighted to share with you the successful completion of our project for CKB Bank, a member of the OTP Group and the largest bank in Montenegro. ANNI Engineering proudly collaborated on the renovation of the space dedicated to the newly opened private banking within the administrative building in Podgorica.
The goal was to transform the offices and, instead of the existing two, create four new offices, aligning with the architect’s vision and the investor’s desires.
We performed the dismantling of aluminum joinery, temporarily removed acoustic partitions from all positions defined by the project, removed existing wall tiles from toilets/storage, and part of the existing pantry kitchen, all in accordance with the demolition and dismantling plan, as well as other dismantling works defined by the project.
The works included the removal of the existing carpet, leveling the floor, and installing a new carpet.
We then adapted and installed lightweight acoustic partitions at all positions defined by the project. Glass internal partitions and two fire doors were installed. We constructed lightweight gypsum board partitions with gypsum board panels on a standard metal substructure. The position involved the procurement and installation of mineral wool between gypsum board panels as sound insulation for the partition, as well as bandaging and plastering joints with fiberglass bandage tape and preparation for final plastering and painting.
Finally, we carried out painting and finishing works.
We are pleased to highlight that the works were successfully completed, creating a space that reflects professionalism and functionality while meeting the high standards of CKB Bank.
Thanks to CKB Bank for their trust, and we look forward to future projects that will shape the space together and meet the expectations of our clients.
