We proudly highlight another successfully completed project – the complete adaptation of the Business Center of Crnogorski Telekom. After previously developing the main project, we proceeded with its execution through comprehensive adaptation works, aiming to create one of the most modern and aesthetically refined commercial spaces in Montenegro.
The Business Center of Crnogorski Telekom is designed for business clients, and our team was responsible for all key phases of the adaptation – from construction interventions to final interior furnishing.
The main adaptation phases included:
✔️ Dismantling of existing flooring and partition elements
✔️ Creating a supervisor’s office and three workstations for agents
✔️ Designing and installing display shelves and work desks
✔️ Gypsum works to close the space between the MTKC, offices, and the Business Center
✔️ Installation of new floor and wall tiles
✔️ Custom-made furniture production and installation
✔️ Application of concrete screed
✔️ Installation of new aluminum joinery
✔️ Complete final interior furnishing
