Another successful cooperation between ANNI Engineering and M: TEL Crna Gora.
One of the most demanding adaptations of the M:TEL office due to the specificity of the space at the junction of two buildings in the center of Herceg Novi in Njegoševa Street.
The planned and completed works are:

- production of cement lining with hydro and thermal insulation,
- ceramic works,

- dry-assembly works,

- carpentry works,

The space consists of 6 units, an open space exhibition and sales space with a smaller space for
storage, two separate offices, warehouse, kitchenette and toilet.
