We stepped into the premises of Radio Television of Montenegro, taking on the responsibility for the enhancement of the premises. Engaged in painting and decorating services, we created a space that exudes freshness and lines up with the investor’s desires.
1. Preparation
We approached the job with care, starting with the preparation of the rooms. Protecting inventory was crucial, using PVC film of appropriate thickness and masking tape. This careful initial phase ensured not only the safety of the inventory but also a clean platform for further work.
2. Restoration of Cracked Walls
Hallways are often the first thing we notice, so efforts were invested in restoring cracked walls as envisioned by the investor. Sanding, scraping, removing worn-out paint, and applying high-quality putty were part of the process. Damage to the walls was repaired, and puttying was done in multiple steps to achieve a completely smooth surface.
3. Painting Interior Surfaces
The aesthetics of the space were enhanced by painting the interior surfaces. MAXIPOL paint for walls, preceded by MAXIPOL puttying, was used. Vertical surfaces received the RAL 9135 tone, while horizontal surfaces were painted white. Each step, from puttying to painting, was carried out with precision to achieve a uniform tone.
4. Edge Treatment
Edge treatment with glass, scraping, priming, and puttying were crucial in achieving the final result.
5. Final Cleaning
Details at the end: final cleaning involved thorough cleaning of joinery and all surfaces of walls, ceilings, and floors. The rooms were brought to a state ready for turnover with no objections.
Painting works fall under routine maintenance tasks. We made sure that behind the scenes at Radio Television of Montenegro, are as aesthetic as it is on stage and in front of the cameras. We thank the investors for their cooperation and hope they enjoy their time in the renovated premises.
