If the interior of a bank and the quality of adaptation work matter to you when deciding on your bank of choice, we recommend NLB Bank in Herceg Novi.
We’re not just saying this because the adaptation of this branch is our handiwork. The adaptation process took several months, starting from negotiations and consultations to careful selection of equipment and devices, followed by high-quality execution and supervision. Both the contractor and the investor paid attention to every detail within the bank, and we believe that the overall customer experience will be unparalleled because of it.
The new bank branch is located at Njegoševa 40. Initially, the task was to merge two separate spaces, which often presents a significant challenge for engineers. This process requires expertise, creativity, and innovation to achieve optimal results. Additionally, when working with large corporate clients such as banks, they have high standards in selecting their partners to ensure the best quality of services.
The greatest challenge in connecting two spaces, and in general, adaptation projects, often lies in coordinating different teams and disciplines. Architects, civil and electrical engineers, project managers, construction workers, electricians, tile setters, and other personnel involved in adaptation tasks must closely collaborate to synchronize all elements. Open communication becomes the key to success.
Modern designs of bank branches play a crucial role in creating a good first impression, positive customer experience, and building trust. Aesthetically appealing spaces create a pleasant environment that attracts clients and enhances the perception of the bank as a modern and professional institution. Moreover, modern design facilitates efficient service delivery, adaptation to technological innovations, and contributes to positive bank branding. In this regard, great attention has been given to details to ensure the aesthetic impression is as good as possible.
To achieve the current appearance of this bank, it was necessary to perform: dismantling and demolition work, masonry work, plastering work (with a special mention of excellent work on highly specific arched elements that you can see in the photos below), concrete casting, installation of 100×100 ceramic tiles, furniture and counter production and installation, electrical and structural cable installation work, installation of lighting fixtures, HVAC installation, installation of fire and burglary doors, installation of carpets, roller blinds, green wall, facade impregnation, painting work, installation of aluminum carpentry, etc.
We proudly present this project and extend our gratitude to the investor for excellent collaboration throughout the entire process.
We wish NLB continued success in their new business space.
