Our partners from Crnogorska komercijalna banka entrusted us with the renovation of their bank branch located within Mall of Montenegro. We are especially grateful for the trust of our investors, as this branch is one of the largest branches of Crnogorska komercijalna banka and is expected to serve a large number of clients.
The branch has been organized and equipped in a modern way, in accordance with the existing standards of Crnogorska komercijalna banka and the OTP Group. Special attention was devoted to the visual identity and construction and furnishing standards, which are consistent across all branches within the OTP Group, both in Hungary, where the group’s headquarters are located, and in Montenegro.
Great care was taken with the details, including curved glass on the manager’s office, wooden walls, custom wallpapers, and furniture which, due to its specific design features and details, required thorough planning – first through the standards defined by the bank, and then through detailed design and workshop drawings.
The goal was to provide employees and clients with a comfortable environment in which they could smoothly carry out their activities and meet their needs.
At the CKB Mall of Montenegro branch, clients are served by four loan officers and four tellers at the counters, along with the branch manager. To achieve this final setup, it was necessary to carry out demolition works within the branch, HVAC installation works, plumbing and sewage installations, electrical installation works, drywall and painting works, metalwork, delivery and installation of custom-made furniture, lighting and electrical accessories installation, signage installation, and various other works. Toilets, a kitchen, and a back-office area for employees were also created, along with all necessary technical rooms. Access to the branch has been provided from both sides of the facility, allowing entry both from the Mall square and from inside the shopping center itself. A separate 24/7 zone, accessible at any time, contains ATMs. Thanks to the exterior signage installed at the entrance, the branch is easy to locate.

The entire renovation project was completed in less than three months, with continuous communication maintained between the investor, designers, supervisors, and contractors throughout the process.
