As a company that is part of the business community ourselves, we understand the needs of corporate clients. That is why we were especially pleased to undertake the renovation of the CKB Bank branch located within the bank’s headquarters in Podgorica. Designed exclusively for business clients, the branch had to be completed within a very tight deadline while providing a highly functional and efficient workspace.
The key to the successful execution of this project was thorough planning. Given the short timeframe, a detailed project schedule was developed and carefully monitored to coordinate every phase of the works. It was essential to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of materials, organize the daily workflow of contractors and technicians, provide continuous on-site supervision, and resolve any unexpected issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays.
The renovation included demolition works, drywall installation, the supply and installation of metalwork, electrical installations, painting works, installation of ceramic floor tiles and carpet, construction of restroom facilities, plumbing and drainage works, as well as the supply and installation of custom-made furniture, lighting, signage, and other interior elements
